Event Details
Congratulations to the dozens of volunteers from the ITServe Chicago Chapter, who in collaboration with “Feed My Starving Children” dedicated a total of 45 volunteer hours at 555 Exchange Court, Aurora, IL 60504 in January 2023, assembling 2000 lbs. of essential nutritious food, including rice, soy, dried vegetables, and a nutritionally enriched blend of vitamins and minerals into secure bags.
These bags were carefully sealed, methodically boxed, and thoughtfully palletized for shipment. It gives us a sense of immense satisfaction and joy that “Feed My Starving Children” has committed to delivering these life-sustaining provisions to the most vulnerable children across the country.
Partnering with us were individuals from diverse backgrounds – from families to friends and colleagues of ITServe – who came together to support this noble endeavor.
In accordance with ITServe's core values, the CSR Food Packing event at the “Feed My Starving Children” organization, it was a way for our members to contribute towards our mission, “Until ALL are sustained, our mission remains unfinished” combating malnourishment among children from the underprivileged communities of the Chicago metro region.
